I carry the responsibility to share my work in ways that illuminate our shared humanity. For me, conducting, teaching, and scholarship are not isolated pursuits. They are pathways to connection.
Each gesture, each conversation, each piece of music is an invitation to see one another more fully. I strive to create spaces where artistry becomes a bridge, where learning becomes a form of care,
and where the stories we tell through sound remind us that we belong to one another.

I know the profound responsibilities we carry as artists, musicians, scholars, and teachers. Our work is never separate from the people we serve or the music we bring to life—it is shaped by them, inspired by them, and ultimately accountable to them. To step onto the podium or into a classroom is to honor a trust: to uplift our communities, to cultivate curiosity and imagination, and to ensure that every note, every lesson, and every act of artistry reflects our deepest commitment to humanity.
